Okay. This review is going to be really short because I've already drained out everything I had to say in the past Patrick Ness reviews. Nevertheless, this book was still as equally and terrifyingly amazing.
Okay. Okay. Foooooooooh. (That was me exhaling.)
I seriously wish that I'd found out about this before I actually read the trilogy, but, still. It just made me really pleased and ecstatic and happy when I found out there was going to be a prequel to such an amazing series.
Well, people. If you read this first, then you'll recognize the important details in The Knife of Never Letting Go. But if you read the whole trilogy first, and then read this, (like me) you'll understand the significance of all those little things that seemed like no big deal. It really doesn't matter though.
This is going to be my last Patrick Ness review in a while, due to my inaccessibility to his fabulous books (sadly), so let me take this time to say:
HE IS EFFING FABULOUS AND
Seriously, he is the ONE author I've ever read that can make such a range of emotions randomly and unwillingly come out. MY EMOTIONS. He can not only create a world of fantastic dystopia, but also a wonderful story plot and a great amount of character development. I can talk forever and forever but I'm going to stop here because I just am.
Anyways, yeah. That's it. This series is definitely a recommendation!
I will definitely check this author out as I just recently came to appreciate the fantasy genre (via George R.R. Martin!).( I tried to follow you, but nothing happened when I clicked on your Follow Me link.) I am at http://catandalibrarycard.blogspot.com if you care to follow me.
